Bat Mitzvah Save the Date Magnet

Bat Mitzvah Invitations

I am so excited...my first Bat Mitzvah Invitations. I was asked to design an invitation for a young girl's Bat Mitzvah. Her mother shared that she loved Peace Signs and Blues and Purples. This was such fun...hope they like it!!

A few more...so much fun!

A Few Samples from 2010

These are just a few of the samples made up for couples in 2010.

Dried Flower Invitation

This was my first contract of 2010. The bride was a referral from a good friend, she had seen my daughter's Save the Date Magnet. We talked and she shared that her colors were Sage, Wine and a Dark Rose and her reception was in a Botanical Garden. She said she really wanted her guests to have a good time and that she and her fiance were very laid back. I prepared 2 designs for her. The design she picked was one I had applied a dried flower and matted with a Mulberry paper. I custom made a pocket folder for each invitation and accented it with a knotted ribbon. We then decided to carry the theme out with the programs, table name cards and escort/seating cards. Each had a hand applied dried flower. The escort/seating cards each had a different flower for the food choice at dinner.

Happy New Year!

It is hard to believe it has been almost a year since Added Touches was launched. It has been a fast fun year! I have enjoyed working with couples to make their special day a true reflection of their vision.

I have done everything from Save the Date Cards/Magnets, Invitations, Table Cards, Escort Cards, Menus, Programs...lets just say all things paper that go with the wedding to Planning and Coordination. I've learned a lot and enjoyed every moment.

2010 found me first working on Invitations with Dried Flowers for a wedding with a reception in a Botanical Garden...each Invitation, Program and Place Card had a hand applied dried flower on it...challenging but the result was amazing! My second event was a Classic theme with a Preppy Twist...Hot Pink and Navy Blue...Fun and Elegant at the same time. Next, was a morning wedding with a luncheon...We went with an Elegant~yet Whimsical theme...Pale Pink and Navy Blue!

2011 has started with a whirlwind. I just finished invitations for an April 2nd. and April 30th wedding. Both weddings I am doing all the paperware as well as the event planning and the day of coordination. The April 2nd wedding is a Periwinkle and Silver Theme...Pictures to be posted soon...once the invitations are mailed...request of the bride! The April 30th wedding is done in the colors of the Baltimore Ravens...the bride loves Damask...the combination is magnificant!! In the past 2 weeks I have met with 3 couples and have been asked to work with each one. Look for postings on their selections soon.

Each wedding is unique...I work to make it a true reflection of the couple and their vision for their special day!

Fall selections so far have included: A rustic, fall theme, a vintage fall theme and an elegant yet playful fall theme...Lots of Bronze, Orange, Wine and Yellow!!! Each beautiful and unique!
